Anthony Kirby MD
Dr. Kirby is from Cleveland who was a RN nurse for years before going to medical school. Graduated from Cleveland State University for undergrad. He attended Medical School in Toledo Ohio and served his internship at The Cleveland Clinic. He did his residency at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD for Physical Medicine and Rehab. Dr. Kirby has been in private practice in the same position serving patients in the South Hills of Pittsburgh since completing his training.
Dr. Kirby and his wife Holly have 3 children and are owners of Pittsburgh Dance Center in Bloomfield. He has been a wrestling coach for 25 years and has been serving in Upper St Clair youth wrestling program since 2009. Hobbies include dancing, recreational tree climbing, fly fishing, and founder of this country's' only amputee dance program; Embrace Dance Project.
Special medical interest includes chronic pain management, amputees, spinal cord injury, MS, gait dysfunction, electrodiagnostics, and spasticity management.
