Our office is conveniently located on 575 Coal Valley Rd. Our friendly and efficient staff will assist you to arrange an appointment, to schedule please call us at 412-469-7722.
The mission of South Hills Pain & Rehab Assoc. is to provide quality health services and facilities for the community, to promote wellness, to relieve suffering, and to restore health as swiftly, safely, and humanely as it can be done, consistent with the best service we can give at the highest value for all concerned.
The South Hills Pain & Rehab Assoc., Inc accepts cash and personal checks as well as the following credit cards:
- American Express
- Personal Check
We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for your convenience. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will as a courtesy bill them but you are responsible for all deductibles, co-insurances, and co-payments. We will help in anyway we can to assist you in handling claims or questions.
With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice in order to avoid a $25.00 cancellation fee.
If it is a true emergency after office hours or on the weekend go to your nearest emergency room or contact 911.
The South Hills Pain & Rehab Assoc., Inc provides our patients with office forms for your convenience. We recommend you print and fill these forms prior to your appointment to save time.
