Ashley McMahon, PA-C

Ashley McMahon, Physician Assistant, attended Saint Francis University and completed a five-year Master of Physician Assistant Sciences program. She graduated from Saint Francis University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree, and then in 2016 with a Masters of Physician Assistant Sciences degree. Upon graduation, she joined South Hills Pain and Rehab Associates in 2016. She offers a comprehensive treatment approach based on a biopsychosocial model, which incorporates physical rehabilitation, psychological and behavioral modification, interventional procedures, and conservative pharmacological therapy to address the multifactorial causes of chronic pain. The goal of treatment is improvement of physical and psychological function. Ms. McMahon lives in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. She enjoys spending time with her family and being in the outdoors.

Aleksandr Mikhaylovskiy, MD- Dr. Mikhaylovskiy is originally from Russia where he obtained his Medical degree at Rostov on Don State Medical University. He then came to the United States to do his Internship at Wayne State University in General Surgery. Upon completion of Internship he did his Residency at University of Louisville -Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Louisville, KY and to complete a Fellowship in Pain Management at Henry Ford Hospital, Anesthesiology Department.

Dr. Mikhaylovskiy joined his private practice South Hills Pain & Rehab Assoc. Inc. in 2007. He is Board Certified, American Board of Pain Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Mikhaylovskiy specializes in all different types of blocks such as the Epidural, Nerve root, Facet, Radiofrequencies, Sacroiliac block, Spinal Cord Stimulators and many others types of treatment. He will evaluate your condition for suitable treatment plan.

Dr. Mikhaylovskiy happily resides in the McMurray area with his wife and two sons. In his spare time he enjoys spending time biking and the outdoors.

Anthony Kirby MD

Dr. Kirby is from Cleveland who was a RN nurse for years before going to medical school. Graduated from Cleveland State University for undergrad. He attended Medical School in Toledo Ohio and served his internship at The Cleveland Clinic. He did his residency at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD for Physical Medicine and Rehab. Dr. Kirby has been in private practice in the same position serving patients in the South Hills of Pittsburgh since completing his training.

Dr. Kirby and his wife Holly have 3 children and are owners of Pittsburgh Dance Center in Bloomfield. He has been a wrestling coach for 25 years and has been serving in Upper St Clair youth wrestling program since 2009. Hobbies include dancing, recreational tree climbing, fly fishing, and founder of this country's' only amputee dance program; Embrace Dance Project.

Special medical interest includes chronic pain management, amputees, spinal cord injury, MS, gait dysfunction, electrodiagnostics, and spasticity management.
