Aleksandr Mikhaylovskiy, MD- Dr. Mikhaylovskiy is originally from Russia where he obtained his Medical degree at Rostov on Don State Medical University. He then came to the United States to do his Internship at Wayne State University in General Surgery. Upon completion of Internship he did his Residency at University of Louisville -Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Louisville, KY and to complete a Fellowship in Pain Management at Henry Ford Hospital, Anesthesiology Department.

Dr. Mikhaylovskiy joined his private practice South Hills Pain & Rehab Assoc. Inc. in 2007. He is Board Certified, American Board of Pain Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Mikhaylovskiy specializes in all different types of blocks such as the Epidural, Nerve root, Facet, Radiofrequencies, Sacroiliac block, Spinal Cord Stimulators and many others types of treatment. He will evaluate your condition for suitable treatment plan.

Dr. Mikhaylovskiy happily resides in the McMurray area with his wife and two sons. In his spare time he enjoys spending time biking and the outdoors.
