Marissa Pavlinich, MD
Dr. Pavlinich grew up in the Pittsburgh area and is excited to be working as a Pain Management Specialist and Physiatrist in the South Hills. She obtained her Medical Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2015. She completed Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh. She completed a Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Pavlinich joined the South Hills Pain & Rehab Assoc. Inc in 2020. She practices chronic pain management with a multimodal, multidisciplinary approach and specializes in fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided pain management procedures including joint injections, peripheral nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, sympathetic nerve blocks and radiofrequency ablation procedures. She also enjoys electrodiagnostic medicine and performs EMG/NCS studies. She lives east of Pittsburgh with her husband, their two daughters and two dogs. In her free time she enjoys family walks, outdoor fitness activities and lively family dinners.
